We will start with a maximum charity limit of 25,000 USD, which can later be changed by the governance proposal system, to limit the selling pressure this creates in the MBIRD token price.
Charity wallet will be managed by the team, without timelock, to avoid front-run when selling the funds to be donated. Consistent random sells across a 20-day period is what we think is the best approach to avoid dips in token price.
Depending on volume, we usually donate the funds from the charity wallet to a community chosen charity every few weeks or so.
